To qualify for a buyer’s agent commission a few simple steps must be followed prior to an auction:

• Contact the Auction Project Manager to determine if a referral fee is being offered on a particular property. 

You must also do the following:

• Be a licensed real estate broker in the state where the property is located.
• Register your client on the Accelerated Real Estate Marketing, LLC participation form via fax or registered mail at least five days prior to the auction. 
• Attend the auction with your customer
• Adhere to the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics
